How does comment-to-DM work?+
Set a trigger word. When someone uses it in an Instagram comment, Klyro can send a public reply and a private message. After they tap your DM button, Klyro delivers your resource.
Can I use Facebook and Messenger?+
Facebook comment-to-Messenger automation is coming soon. Instagram comment-to-DM automation is available in the current creator workspace.
Do I need to share my Instagram password?+
No. Create a separate Klyro account and connect your professional Instagram account through Meta’s authorization flow. Your Instagram password stays with Instagram.
Can I customize the messages?+
Yes. Choose trigger words, public replies, opening DMs, and resource messages. Add up to three link buttons and optionally check follow status before delivering the resource.
What kind of Instagram account do I need?+
You need an Instagram professional account and a configured Meta connection. The workspace guides you through connecting your account and shows its connection status.
